Bonding is available. Contractors pollution liability is worth asking every bidder about, because standard liability policies exclude it and offgassing is the defining claim risk in this trade.
We will not promise you a number. Energy performance depends on your HVAC equipment, windows, duct condition and how leaky the rest of the envelope is. What we can tell you is what the foam does: it insulates and air seals in one application, and in a hot and humid climate the air sealing is often worth as much as the R-value.
