Spray foam insulation in Conroe
Conroe has new subdivisions going up on every side of town, an industrial park that keeps expanding, and a lot of acreage properties with metal buildings that sweat all summer. We run crews up I-45 to Conroe every week.
What we see in Conroe houses
Conroe's housing stock is a mix: older homes near downtown and along Frazier and Davis, 1990s and 2000s lakeside sections around Lake Conroe, and a wave of new construction in Grand Central Park, Wedgewood Forest and the developments off FM 3083 and Highway 105. New construction here is a big part of our work, coordinated with the builder so the foam goes in at the right stage.
Acreage homes are the other half. A large share of Conroe properties come with a shop, barn or RV cover in metal, and those buildings condense badly in this climate. Closed-cell foam on the metal skin stops the drip, adds rigidity, and turns an unusable summer shop into a working one. We routinely do the house and the shop on the same mobilization.
Lake Conroe homes get an extra look at moisture: crawl spaces, pier and beam floors and lakeside exposure all push us toward closed-cell where it matters.
Commercial and industrialCommercial work in Conroe
Conroe Park North and the Deison Technology Park are active industrial markets, with manufacturing, warehouse and flex buildings going up along Highway 105, FM 3083 and I-45. We insulate metal buildings, tilt wall warehouses, cold storage, church campuses and Conroe ISD facilities, and we bid against the spec with the insurance and bonding the project requires.

Conroe questions
My metal shop rains on the inside in the summer. Will foam fix it?
Yes. The drip is condensation forming on the cool metal skin. Closed-cell foam on the inside of the panels moves the dew point into the foam and stops it. It also stiffens the panels and cuts the noise. See our metal building page for the details.
Do you coordinate with builders on new homes in Conroe?
Regularly. We meet with the builder or super before framing is closed, agree on foam depth and protected surfaces, and schedule the spray between the inspections it has to sit between.
