FAQ

Commercial questions

How do you price commercial work?

By board foot against the specified R-value and thickness, with the area, product, exclusions and any prep or removal itemized. That is how the material is consumed and how your specification is written, so the numbers reconcile. How warehouse foam is priced runs the board foot math at scale.

Are you insured?

Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance on request. Send your requirements with the bid package and we will confirm what we can meet before we bid.

Can you work in an occupied or operating building?

Yes. We phase by area, establish exclusion zones with ventilation, post reentry times and schedule after hours where the facility needs it. We do this weekly in working shops and warehouses, and the phasing writeup sets out how a bay by bay sequence actually runs.

What do you provide at closeout?

Written certification of installed thickness, R-value and coverage area; photographs and depth readings before cover; product data sheets and SDS; the manufacturer's material warranty documentation; and the lien waivers your pay application requires.
